2016 AT&T Byron Nelson Experts Picks and Predictions

ProGolfNow

Expert Winner
Sam Belden Dustin Johnson

Sam Belden has made his choice and it is Dustin Johnson (+800) who he thinks will win the AT&T Byron Nelson this week. What makes Johnson such a good pick in his eyes is his outstanding record here in Las Colinas. He has gone six-for-six at the Byron Nelson and has finished in the top 10 on four separate occasions. The American has been playing some solid golf of late as well, notching top-5s in four of his last five starts. With the form that he is in right now and his experience with this particular golf course, Johnson has an excellent chance of grabbing the title this coming weekend.

U.S. Golf TV

Expert Winner
Troy Klongerbo Bryce Molder

Troy Klongerbo of U.S. Golf TV believes that Bryce Molder (+5,500) will win the AT&T Byron Nelson this week. He has been playing some excellent golf of late, grabbing top-15 finishes in three of his last four starts on the PGA Tour. Molder tied for 12th in his last start at the PLAYERS Championship, shooting a seven-under-par total of 281. The 37-year-old has had some success in the Byron Nelson in the past as well, nabbing two top-25s here since 2009.

What makes Molder such a huge threat in every golf event that he competes on is his deft touch on the putting greens. He is 28th in the PGA Tour in strokes gained via putting with a solid .460 average. That will be a major weapon for Molder when navigating the delicate greens of the Las Colinas course.
