The Indianapolis Colts are eager to kick off their 2018 regular season schedule now that quarterback Andrew Luck is 100 percent healthy again, but before that, they will have to finish their preseason campaign against the undefeated (this preseason) Cincinnati Bengals. The Bengals are long shots to win Super Bowl 53 with odds of +10,000 in the NFL Futures, while the Colts have a shorter price of +4,000.

Betting on the Indianapolis Colts (2-1 Preseason Record / +3 Spread)
Jacoby Brissett went 7-for-13 for 120 yards with zero touchdowns and no interceptions, while Andrew Luck had 90 yards and a touchdown pass on 8-for-10 completions, as the Colts defeated the visiting San Francisco 49ers at home, 23-17, last Saturday. Now, the Colts look forward to closing out their preseason campaign on a high note against the Bengals. Indianapolis has won five of its last six road games in the preseason, dating back to 2015, while going 6-0 ATS in that span. One player worth keeping an eye on the Colts is defensive end Hassan Ridgeway, who has been causing immense headaches to opposing quarterbacks with his ability to get himself in the pocket. Against the Baltimore Ravens on Aug. 20, Ridgeway had two sacks and five total tackles.
Betting on the Cincinnati Bengals (3-0 Preseason Record / -3 Spread)
The undefeated (this preseason) Bengals relied on the arms of quarterback Andy Dalton, who passed for 180 yards and two touchdowns with zero interceptions on 11-for-16 completions, as Cincinnati beat the Buffalo Bills on Sunday, 26-13. Wide receiver John Ross shows how ready he is to break out, catching two passes for 66 yards and a touchdown. Their offense aside, the Bengals’ pass rush stood out in the Bills game, with Cincinnati recording six sacks. Carl Lawson had 2.5 sacks, while Andrew Billings had 1.5. It’s another story for Cincy’s defense against the run, as the Bills rushed for 234 yards and a touchdown. The Bengals are 2-1 ATS in their last three preseason games at home. However, they have covered the spread in each of their last four preseason contests overall.
Writer’s Prediction
Cincinnati wins, 21-17, and extends their preseason streak to 4-0.
