Sean McVay and the Los Angeles Rams are still searching for their first win of the preseason after failing in their first two tries. They will get another chance this coming Saturday at home against the Denver Broncos, who will look to prevent a three-game skid. The Rams are +1200 to win Super Bowl 54, while the Broncos are +700 to win the AFC West division.

Betting on the Denver Broncos (1-2)
The Broncos’ pass rush are going to be like a stampede of wildebeests to the opposing quarterbacks’ Mufasa. Although Denver lost last week to the San Francisco 49ers, 24-15, on the road last week, it was evident that the pair of Bradley Chubb and Von Miller are going to be a force to be reckoned with. However, the Broncos need their own offensive line to step up, as their quarterbacks were mauled by the Niners, who had six sacks for a Denver loss of 37 yards. Kevin Hogan was the biggest victim of them all, as he was sacked five times for a loss of 28 yards. Meanwhile, wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders seems like a potential comeback player of the year candidate, as he looked fine in his first game back from an Achilles tear early last season, Sanders caught a short pass for five yards and rushed for 19 more on a single carry.
The under is 4-0 in the Broncos’ last four preseason games.
Betting on the Los Angeles Rams (0-2)
The Rams return to the US mainland still winless in the preseason after absorbing a 14-10 loss to the Dallas Cowboys in Hawaii last Saturday. The Rams’ offense just lack some punch in the preseason, which is understandable because starters rarely play, but putting up 13 points total over two games is still a head-scratcher. Against the Cowboys, Brandon Allen passed for 115 yards on 14-for-21 completions. He threw an interception, while Blake Bortles went 7 of 11 for 62 passing yards and a touchdown. The backups also had trouble stopping the Cowboys, who let their first-stringers play longer than their Rams’ counterparts, meaning all that was left for Los Angeles’ defense was a bunch of second-and-third stringers trying to stop Dak Prescott and company. The Rams are allowing 329.0 total yards and 14.0 points per game in the preason, thus far.
The Rams are 2-2-1 against the spread (ATS) in their last five preseason games.
Writer’s Prediction
The Rams win, 17-14.
