The Cowboys have a winning streak going for them again. After beating the New Orleans Saints in Week 13, 27-17, Dallas defeated the Washington Football Team on the road in Week 14, 27-20. However, Dak Prescott didn’t look great in the Saints Washington game, passing for 211 yards and a touchdown with two interceptions on 22/39 completions. He will look to get it together in Week 15 when he sees the Giants’ defense again. When the Cowboys took down New York at home back in Week 5, Prescott went 22/32 for 302 passing yards and three touchdowns against just one interception. The Cowboys’ defense is also aiming to bottle up Mike Glennon again. They picked him twice in the first meeting and limited New York’s ground attack to just 73 rushing yards on 25 carries.
The Cowboys are 6-1 against the spread in their last seven road games.
Betting on the New York Giants (+10.5)
Regular Season Record: 4-9
It might be time for Joe Judge to worry about his job. The Giants are on their way to missing the playoffs again with just a 4-9 record. But it’s not too late for him and the team. The Giants, who have lost both their last two games – both on the road –to the Miami Dolphins (20-9) and the Los Angeles Chargers (37-21), can begin turning things around with a win this coming Sunday against the Cowboys. Although Dallas whipped them in the first meeting, the Giants have a bigger sense of urgency to win this time around. Plus, running back Saquon Barkley appears to be in a much better shape of late. Barkley has rushed for 119 yards on 27 carries for 4.4 yards per carry average.
The Giants are 6-1 against the spread in their last 7 games versus NFC East division teams.
Writer’s Prediction
The Cowboys win, 24-17.
