Betting on the Chicago Bulls

Winners of eight of their last nine games, the Chicago Bulls look ready for the playoffs. A 100-89 road loss snapped Chicago’s seven-game winning streak, but the Bulls bounced back on the second night of a back-to-back to blow by Orlando, 108-95, on Monday night.

Joakim Noah had 18 points, 10 rebounds and 8 assists against the Magic to continue his MVP-caliber play. The remarkable center has 37 assists in his last four games and has been the focal point of an offense that has averaged just over 100 points in its last nine games.

The Bulls should also have the scoring of sixth man DJ Augustin (20 PPG in April) back in the line-up after missing the Orlando game for personal reasons. Augustin has scored 48 points in his last two games against his former team.

Chicago is 9-1 SU in its last 10 games vs. the Bobcats. The total has gone under in seven of the last nine meetings.

Betting on the Charlotte Bobcats

NBA: Charlotte Bobcats at Portland Trail Blazers

The Charlotte Bobcats are eager to enter just their second playoff appearance in franchise history on a high. The Bobcats are now 8-2 SU in their last 10 games after winning back-to-back games against the Sixers and Hawks.

Al Jefferson had 27 points and 15 rebounds vs. the Hawks, his eighth straight double-double. The reigning Eastern Conference Player of the Month is averaging 26.5 PPG and 13.5 RPG in April.  His running mate Kemba Walker made his return against Atlanta after missing two games due to a groin injury, but was limited to just 5 points on 1-9 shooting.

The Bobcats have been involved in some close games recently. Three of the Bobcats’ last five games have been decided by just one possession (three points or less) and eight of the last 10 have been by six points or less.

Charlotte is 8-2 SU/7-3 ATS in their last 10 home games.

Writer’s Prediction

The Bulls will win and cover as the Bobcats offense will suffer with Noah covering Big Al and Walker still recovering from injury. Got a side you like in this game? Join now to claim a 50% deposit bonus and get in on the action.
