Baseball action continues today with lots of new series on tap. Among the most intriguing matchups later tonight feature an interleague meeting between the New York Yankees and the Oakland Athletics. The A’s, on the other hand, will counter Sabathia with Kendall Graveman (2-2, 6.04 ERA). Oakland is 3-1 in his last four starts overall.

Though the Cards lost that game, Miller can shake the bitter taste of that loss off his mouth when he takes the mound at AT&T Park later tonight. Miller is 2-0 with a 1.46 ERA in his last two regular season starts against San Francisco. The Giants, meanwhile, will have Chris Heston (4-3, 4.33 ERA) as their starter for Game 1 of this four-game series. The Giants are 3-0 in Heston’s last three starts.
