The Lightning will have to win in enemy territory later tonight if they are to make an appearance in the Stanley Cup Finals for the second season in a row. The Lightning lost to Pittsburgh 5-2 on Tuesday, which forced a Game 7 in Consol Energy Center. The Lightning are 3-1 in their last three games there, however. The Penguins, meanwhile, are 7-3 in their last 10 home games. They will be counting on the pair of Sidney Crosby and Matt Murray to deliver solid performances on both ends of the ice. Crosby has three goals on the series, while Murray is 10-4- 0 with a 2.30 GAA in 14 starts this postseason.

Writer’s Prediction

Pittsburgh (-210) wins, 2-1.

The Warriors are a loss away from wasting a golden season. Down 3-1 to Oklahoma City in the Western Conference finals, the Warriors eye a resounding Game 6 win at Oracle Arena, where they are 9-1 SU and 8-2 ATS in their last 10 games there. The Thunder have no plans of extending the series any longer, however. They are 7-3 ATS in their last 10 games overall and are averaging 107.7 PPG in the postseason. The Warriors, on the other hand, are putting up 111.6 PPG these playoffs, but are mustering just 104.8 in the conference finals.

Writer’s Prediction

Golden State (-7) wins, 118-110.
