This won’t be only a battle between a pair of MVP candidates in Stephen Curry and James Harden; it’s also a battle between two of the league’s most explosive offenses. Both the Warriors and Rockets average at least 115 points per game, and live and die with their three-point shooting.
Golden State’s also won seven in a row (5-2 ATS), while Houston carries a four-game winning stretch (3-1 ATS) into this game. But even with both sides having momentum, the Warriors seem more primed to win, despite being labeled as a plus-1 underdog. Their defense has held its last six opponents to an average of 93.3 points. The Rockets, on the other hand, are still among the worst defensive teams in the league.

The Wizards are on a three-game run (2-1 ATS), with the latest victory coming at the expense of the defending world champion Cavaliers on Saturday, 127-115.
John Wall led all players with 37 points and 11 assists on a night where his entire team shot close to 60 percent from the field. Bradley Beal supported him with 27 points and six helpers of his own. Those two should easily pick up from where they left off against a Lakers team that’s still figuring out how to play together and with consistency, especially at the defense end. LA is the worst in the league in defensive efficiency.
