Betting on the Cincinnati Bengals (+2.5)

Regular Season Record: 7-6

The Bengals nearly completed a comeback in Week 14’s 26-23 overtime loss at home to the visiting San Francisco 49ers. Now, the Bengals are on a two-game losing skid, as they also lost to the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 13, 41-22. Joe Burrow did what he could in the loss to the 49ers, passing for 348 yards and two touchdowns without an interception but he was also limited by an offensive line that let him get sacked five times for a loss of 37 yards. Still, as long as Burrow is healthy and he’s got Ja’Marr Chase downfield, Cincy’s offense is always going to put opposing defenses on their toes. Cincinnati will enter Week 15 seventh in the league with 27.2 points per game and 11th with 250.1 passing yards per contest. Burrow and the Bengals’ attack can exploit Denver’s poor defense on third downs (26th).

The Bengals are 4-1 against the spread in their last five road games.

Bet on the Bengals

Betting on the Denver Broncos (-2.5)

Regular Season Record: 7-6

The Broncos were not going to let themselves in Week 14 against the Detroit Lions. Following the shocking death of former Broncos wide receiver Demaryius Thomas, Denver made sure to win its first game since that tragic news, beating the Lions to the tune of a 38-10 score. Teddy Bridgewater passed for 179 yards and two touchdowns and without an interception. Meanwhile, running back Javonte Williams rushed for a touchdown and caught another. Williams has become a breakout player for the Broncos, and he will look to do more damage when they take on the Bengals. Cincy’s got a stout run defense, but the Broncos can open that up with the likes of Tim Patrick, Jerry Jeudy, and Noah Fant. Cincy is just 29th in the NFL with 256.8 passing yards allowed per game.

The under is 4-0-1 in the Broncos’ last 5 games after a win of at least 14 points.

Bet on the Denver Broncos

Writer’s Prediction
