The No. 9 Duke Blue Devils (+1000 to win the national title) are putting together another winning streak, and they will look to stretch their unbeaten run to four games when they meet the Boston College Eagles (+100000) again this coming Tuesday. The Eagles just beat the North Carolina Tar Heels, so they should be feeling confident as they head into another match against their much more glamorous ACC-mate.

Betting on the Duke Blue Devils (18-3 Overall / 8-2 Conference)
The Blue Devils scored third win in a row last Saturday, beating the Syracuse Orange at Carrier Dome, 97-88, as Duke continues to show power on offense. Duke shot 57.4 percent from the field, knocking down 31 of 52 shots, while also nailing 29 of 33 shots from the free-throw line. The Blue Devils were led by Vernon Carey Jr., who had a monster double-double of 26 points and 17 rebounds, while Tre Jones had 17 points and six assists. Duke has averaged 88.3 points over its last three games, which was up to part with the Blue Devils’ season average of 83.4 points per game — second-best in the nation. Duke is also seventh nationally with a 48.9 percent shooting from the floor. Brimming with talent from top to bottom of the roster, Duke always digs deeper than its opponents, whose second unit often could not keep up with the Blue Devils’ bench. Duke outscored Syracuse’s bench, 27–7.
The Blue Devils are 2-1 against the spread in two of their last three games.
Betting on the Boston College Eagles (11-11 Overall / 5-6 Conference)
Cole Anthony who? The Boston College Eagles didn’t mind the return of the North Carolina Tar Heels star freshman to action after a lengthy absence due to injury, as they defeated Roy Williams’ boys in Chapel Hill, 71-70. Jared Hamilton came off the bench and fired 18 points on 6-of-12 shooting from the floor with three 3-pointers in 31 minutes of action. Boston College also got 15 points from Derryck Thornton. The Eagles have four players averaging at least 10.1 points per game, led by Thornton, who’s been putting up 12.8 points per outing. Boston College needs Thornton to have at least that kind of performance in the rematch with Duke, which destroyed the Eagles in Durham back in December, 88-49. In that game, Thornton only had six points on 3-of-12 shooting. The Eagles also had to cut down on their turnovers after committing 19 errors in the loss to Duke.
The Eagles are 2-2 ATS in their last four games at home.
Writer’s Prediction
Duke wins, 83-67.
