The almost perfect (10-1) Bulldogs are currently 4-1 straight up and against the spread when playing on the road. And while the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets have only a 5-5 overall record, they are 5-1 straight up and an impressive 6-0 against the spread. There’s some money to be made if the Jackets make that 7-0 ATS and you bet accordingly. Register to bet and wager with your pick.

Betting on the Georgia Bulldogs 10-1 (-11)
This annual game usually sees Georgia with more on the line than Tech. That is certainly the case here as the Dawgs can still find their way into the playoffs.
The formula is simple for Georgia – beat Tech this weekend, win the SEC Title game and make the playoffs for the first time. Simple, not necessarily easy. All season long the offense has been the weak link for this team. It is a pretty good weak link though given that Nick Chubb is over 1000 yards and Sony Michel might join him. The passing game is light.
The defense has been a monster this season, proving the value of talent and continuity. They are in the TOP 10 in all major categories and have been bottling up opponents all season long (even on the road) save Auburn.
Betting on the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets 5-5 (+11)
I thought this was going to be a sneaky good season for the Yellow Jackets, instead it turned into a what might have been year. No surprise when you have two one point losses in the first six weeks.
It is not humming like it has in the past but the option running game is 4th in the nation. They do already have two 1000 yard rushers in TaQuon Marshall and KirVonte Benson. The Yellow Jackets do need this one to get bowl eligible though and have not lost at home all season long. That is pretty good motivation.
The defense is good enough to hold down pretty good and physical teams. They gave up just 25 and 24 points in losses to Clemson and Miami.
Writer’s Prediction
The numbers are pretty stark for GT in terms of home and away. The Dawgs are going to come in the better team and with everything to play for. I think that will be obvious. The Bulldogs control their own destiny but they can help their case if they win and do it with some style points this season. The triple options can be tricky but the Georgia defense is great and they play these guys every year. They can make it uncomfortable for Georgia Tech. Pick: Georgia (-11.5)
