Betting on the Orlando Magic (27-48)

Point Spread: +10.5

Orlando became the latest victim of Russell Westbrook’s triple-double assault on Wednesday night, during which the Magic lost, 114-106, in overtime after collapsing in the fourth quarter. That’s their third loss in the last four games (1-3 ATS).

Evan Fournier and Nikola Vucevic have been bright spots for the Magic offense, though. The former has scored 15 or more points in his the last six games—a stretch that started off with a 25-point effort against Phoenix.

Vucevic, meanwhile, put up 11 points and 16 boards in the aforementioned matchup with OKC, extending his double-digit scoring streak to nine games. In two meetings with Boston this season, he is averaging 13.0 points and 8.5 rebounds.

Betting on the Boston Celtics (48-27)

Point Spread: -10.5

Boston would love to cap off a solid month of March—10-5 SU and 7-8 ATS—with a win over a lotter-bound Magic team.  The C’s have convincingly won the first two meetings this season by 30 points each, which only makes a potential regular-season sweep of this series more likely.

However, the Celtics are heading into this game off of a tough 100-103 loss to Milwaukee on Wednesday night, one that snapped a four-game run and dropped the men in green back to second place in the east.

Isaiah Thomas gathered 32 points for his squad, which had four other players scoring in double figures. But the Bucks defense really made it difficult for the Celtics who shot below 40 percent from the field, and also had 16 turnovers that led to 26 opponent points.

They should be able to rebound from that loss as long as they lessen their mistakes, and if Thomas continues being himself. The 5-foot-9 All-Star has finished with 30 or more points in his previous three contests. He also collected 21 points on 9-of-15 shooting in his lone game against Orlando this season.
