As we all know, and as if the pink-laced gear donned by the players on the turf weren’t enough proof, October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. And who better to uphold this noble cause than the NFL’s very own cheerleaders?
Our favorite teams’ spirit squads made use of alternate pink-centric outfits and equipment as well for the past month, much to the delight of football fans. It was great having seen them dazzling beauties mix things up a bit with rosier and brighter colors, wouldn’t you agree?
But if you ask us, we need more monthly occasions for the cheerleaders to spice up their attire every now and then. Which got us thinking… is there a certain Translucent Awareness Month that we haven’t heard of and can fully exploit?
Pardon us for getting lost in our daydream side trip. Anyway, on to the matter at hand: let’s take a look back at the finest vixens from the sideline over the past month. While you’re at it, check out September’s sideline hotties and the top 10 NFL WAGs after this, you naughty boy.

10. New England Patriots
[sc:NFL240banner ]Oh no, did we entirely forget about Halloween?! Well the Pats cheerleaders certainly didn’t, and they even wore their diverse assortment of costumes on the 29th – a couple of days ahead of schedule – for the Thursday night game against the Dolphins.
Yes, they ranked this low for the lack of seduction (and to the extent of celebrating the occasion, scares), but the only thing that matters really is that New England still has a frightening offense, which shocked the bejeezus out of surging Miami en route to a blowout win.
Bonus points as well for the Pink Ranger get-up; it brings back lots of tucked away fantasies from your MMPR viewing days, doesn’t it?
9. San Francisco 49ers
The Niners are seemingly in tank mode now, but at least their gals are still killing it on the sidelines. If the team is still panning for wins, the San Francisco Gold Rush, on the other hand, are still glimmering with enthusiasm. We do hope that they did not eagerly cheer for Blaine Gabbert taking over Kap’s starting job, though.
8. Carolina Panthers
Lately, Carolina’s TopCats are showing a little less skin. That’s not necessarily a bad thing, because we personally dig the black and blue chrome scheme regardless of how skimpy or wrapped up the girls are. Plus, with the way that Cam Newton and the Panthers are playing right now, that just means more airtime for the gals to strut their celebratory moves.
7. Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Boy, do the Tampa babes know how to go all-out for Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Lots of pink and shorter skirt lengths combined with black boots is just gravy.
Things are just starting to heat up for the Bucs on the field with rookie QB Jameis Winston finally getting the hang of the NFL. However, it’s Tampa Bay’s cheerleaders who keep the fire of the crowd burning with their gyrations even if the Bucs start to show signs of sinking back down into the cold depths of the NFL standings’ ocean floor.
6. Tennessee Titans
Speaking of the bottom of the league’s standings, the Titans are slowly finding themselves as one of the front-runners yet again for the 2016 NFL Draft-slash-Charity Drive. Good thing they have their trusty cheering squad to motivate them towards more wins.
And how can you not be driven to succeed with those cropped pink Tennessee tees paired with all-white daisy dukes and knee-high boots?
5. Seattle Seahawks
Sorry, but we can’t help but cringe whenever the term Seattle Sea Gals is used to describe the Seahawks’ cheerleading squad. Doesn’t it remind you of a certain B-movie action star from the 90’s?
Still, those almost see-through, crisp-white tops are enough to make us oh so weak. On a related note: how’s that for translucent awareness? Not as raunchy as you’d expect, but still it makes for total eye candy. Ain’t that right, fellas?
4. Jacksonville Jaguars
For our money, the Jaguars cheerleaders’ uniforms are still some of the best in the league. And for BCAM, their pink tops don’t feel out of place at all paired with their scanty, patented leopard skin-laced shortest of shorts.
Heck, we still can’t contain ourselves from just staring at that particular region of their outfit as we speak, and we can almost hear some of those kitties purr, if you know catch our drift… *wink*
3. San Diego Chargers
Most of the Breast Cancer Awareness alternates on this list have gone all out with the pink-ness, but in the end, minimal use of the effeminate color scheme still works best for us men.
Take the Chargers cheerleaders for example: pink pompoms did enough to show support for the cause, while their typical outfits are lightning rods of their own to jolt us guys into frenzy. Nothing too shocking here – just pure electric magnetism emanating from some of SoCal’s finest foxes.
2. New Orleans Saints
There’s something about those nearly thread-less black and gold halter tops (or more like sports bras from this angle) that just drives us completely bonkers. But combine the Saints cheering squad’s attire with pink pompoms like what the Chargers did, and the girls’ personas suddenly take on a new level.
The glittery girly-ness acts a good foil for the seemingly dastardly black and gold motif, creating a trance-inducing yin-yang illusion that’s simply Saintsation-al indeed. And with Christmas just around the corner, it’s almost as if the girls down in the Big Easy have already subliminally raised the proverbial Yuletide question: “Have you been naughty, or nice?”
1. Miami Dolphins
There’s no escaping the fact that the NFL season is predominantly played through the fall and winter seasons. However, down in the Florida Keys, everything is still all about smiles and sunshine.
Well, that part about smiles may not apply entirely to the Dolphins’ own regular season right now, but there’s still enough radiance coming from the sun-kissed honeys of South Beach to keep the crowd hot. Wouldn’t you agree that these lovelies barely clad in white, orange and teal are soothing to the eyes and your sensual nerves?
