Betting on the Baltimore Ravens (-4.0)

Regular Season Record: 7-3

The Ravens are riding a huge momentum into Week 12. After beating the Carolina Panthers last Sunday, Baltimore has extended its win streak to four games. Baltimore’s defense has stepped it up a bit of late, having allowed just 16 points overall in the Ravens’ last two outings. On the season, the Ravens are surrendering just 19.9 points per contest – 10th in the NFL, so far. That defensive intensity should be felt by the Jaguars, who often make it easier for opponents to contain them because of self-inflicted errors. The Jaguars are 17th in the league with 1.3 giveaways per game.

The Ravens are 4-1 against the spread in their last five road games.

Betting on the Jacksonville Jaguars (+4.0)

Regular Season Record: 3-7

One thing about the Jags is that they are well-rested. They are coming off a bye in Week 11 and will be playing at home as well. In their most recent game, the Jaguars lost to the Chiefs, 27-17 at Arrowhead Stadium. Trevor Lawrence passed for 259 yards and two touchdowns on 29/40 completions versus the Chiefs, while Christian Kirk had 105 receiving yards and caught both of Lawrence’s touchdown finds. Jacksonville is just a three-win team but it can bite on either side of the field. The Jaguars have a good ground attack that averages nearly 140 rushing yards per game and a defense that is eighth in the NFL with 1.4 takeaways per outing.

The Under is 4-0 in the Jaguars’ last four games overall.
