The lefty was great in handling the bats of the Houston Astros on Jul. 29, when he allowed just three earned runs on eight hits in 7.1 innings of a 5-4 home win. As for the Orioles, they’ll have Kevin Gausman (8-7, 5.37 ERA) on the mound. Gausman has held opposing batters in his last two outings, wherein he’s allowed zero runs on 12 hits across 14.2 total innings of action.

Kendall Graveman makes his way back to the mound later tonight following a two-month absence due to a shoulder injury. Before landing on the disabled list, Graveman went 2-2 with a 3.83 ERA in eight starts. The A’s are 4-4 in Graveman’s last eight starts overall. The Giants, on the other hand, will give the ball to Ty Black, who’s searching for his first win of the month. He was fantastic in his last start, albeit in a 2-1 road loss to the Los Angeles Dodgers in which he yielded just two earned runs on seven hits in seven innings on the mound last Jul. 29th.
