It’s been a very very long time since the Chicago Cubs (-115) not only won, but were in the World Series. 108 years ago they made history by taking out the Detroit Tigers four games to one to take the title. Since then, the summers have been long and depressing in the Windy City for Cub fans. The curse of the Billy Goat set in and the Batman ball curse also added plenty of salt to the wound.
