Jared Goff passed for 255 yards and three touchdowns with zero interceptions on 21/29 completions versus the Bears – a strong message to Green Bay, whom Detroit beat in Week 9 at home, 15-9. The Lions’ defense showed its sharp fangs in that win as well, as Detroit intercepted Aaron Rodgers three times and held Green Bay to just one touchdown scored.

Here comes the Packers. Somehow, Green Bay has managed to turn things around, as it is now on the verge of securing a spot in the playoffs. All the Packers need is to win in Week 18. It is going to be easier said than done, but they certainly believe in themselves after winning four games in a row. They just destroyed the Minnesota Vikings at home in Week 17, 41-17, with Green Bay’s defense going down to work. The Packers scored two defensive touchdowns and had three interceptions in the victory over the Vikings. That’s a motivating performance for a Packers team that is about to face a high-scoring Detroit side.
