The 49ers won their last game, 28-21, against the Green Bay Packers at home in Week 1 of the preseason. The Niners collected 328 total yards and gave up a total of 437 to the Packers. They also forced three turnovers and went 7/14 on third downs.
The 49ers are 5-0 against the spread in their last five games overall.
The Vikings lost to the Las Vegas Raiders on the road in Week 1 of the preseason. They were outgained by Las Vegas but only 300-298. Kellen Mond went 9/14 for 119 passing yards and two touchdowns for the Vikings, who struggled on third downs, converting just 1 of 7 attempts in those scenarios. But were able to average more yards per pass than the Raiders (6.5 to 5.2).
