The Raptors didn’t need a win on Wednesday, but they went ahead and got themselves one anyway, beating the Philadelphia 76er, 125-121. Kyle Lowry scored 19 points while Chris Boucher came off the bench and fired 19 points to go with nine rebounds and four blocks. The Raptors took advantage of the Sixers playing without Ben Simmons and a limited Joel Embiid. The Raps also put the pressure on defense, which led to 17 turnovers by Philly that were converted into 21 points by Toronto. That’s among the many things clicking for Toronto since the NBA restart. The Raptors are tops in the league at Disney World with just 106.0 points allowed per game. Opponents are also shooting just 42.1 percent against them in the Bubble.

Betting on the Denver Nuggets (odds)
Regular Season Record: 46-26
The Nuggets picked up another loss on Wednesday, as they got victimized by the LA Clippers, 124-111. The loss squashed any remaining hopes by the Nuggets of stealing the No. 2 seed in the West from the Clippers. Still, the Nuggets are going to the playoffs, and would love to get a win on Friday for a nice momentum for the postseason battles ahead of them. As for their matchup with Toronto, the Nuggets have defeated the Raptors in their only meeting so far this season. Nikola Jokic scored 23 points and Jamal Murray added 22 for the Nuggets in their 133-118 win at home over the Raptors back on March 1. Denver’s bench was also on fire in that game, as the second unit outscored Toronto’s, 46-20. Michael Porter Jr. scored 11 points in that game. Speaking of the youngster, Porter is leading the Nuggets in the Bubble with 22.0 points per game.
The Nuggets are 4-2 against the spread in their last six games.
Writer’s Prediction
