1. Wisconsin Badgers (-16)
Trend: 8-0 ATS as Favorites
Next Game: @ Minnesota Golden Gophers– November 23 | 3:30 PM ET
Wisconsin’s well-rounded rushing game burned the grass at Madison for 554 yards en route to a 51-3 blowout win over the hapless Hoosiers last Saturday. The #19 Badgers almost doubled their 26-point spread as favorites in that game and will now head to Minnesota to face the #25 Golden Gophers carrying an eight-game streak of successfully covering the spread.
2. North Texas Eagles (-7.5)
Trend: 5-0 ATS at home
[sc:NCAA240banner ]Next Game: vs. UTSA Roadrunners – November 23, 2013 | 3:30 PM ET
Deep down below in the list of popular football programs in the nation, you will find the North Texas Eagles. Popular or not, the Eagles have been the bread-and-butter of ATS bettors, especially when the team is playing at home. North Texas continued to beat the spread at home when it obliterated the UTEP Miners, 41-7, in their most recent game.
3. Missouri Tigers (-3)
Trend: 4-0 ATS Away
Next Game: @ Mississippi Rebels – November 23, 2013 | 7:45 PM ET
Only one game on the road remains on the Tigers’ schedule, which means that the game at Vaught-Hemingway Stadium on Saturday will determine whether the team will finish the season with a clean ATS road record.
Missouri embarrassed the Wildcats in front of the an enemy crowd in their last game with a 48-17 victory. The spread given by oddsmakers for the Tigers to overcome that game was -14.
4. Florida State Seminoles (-57)
Trend: 9-1 Over
Next Game: vs. Idaho Vandals – November 23, 2013 | 3:30 PM ET
No. 2 Florida State has been a destructive force this season. The Seminoles score at will and they do it while paralyzing the opponents’ offense. The team ranks second in the nation in scoring with 52.7 PPG and third in points against, only allowing foes an average of 11.1 PPG.
Save for their 41-14 win over Miami, where Florida State tied its lowest point total this season, all of the Seminoles games have gone OVER.
Against Syracuse last week, the Seminoles did not need the measly three points of the Orange as their 59-point output was enough to cover the Totals line of 58.
5. Wake Forest Demon Deacons (+5.5)
Trend: 8-2 Under
Next Game: vs. Duke Blue Devils – November 23, 2013 | 12:00 PM ET
Wake Forest was beaten senselessly by the #2 Seminoles back in November 9 to the tune of 59-3 score. The Totals line for that game was 55.5. It was the first time in five games that the Demon Deacons played in a game that went Over. Looking at the strength of their opponent int that game (Florida State is #2 and #3 in points per game and points allowed per game, respectively) it can be seen as a minor and understandable setback for Under bettors who have been making a living off Wake Forest.
