The Gators may have tamed the Tigers in their annual grudge match last year, but LSU is 5-2 both straight up and against the spread over the last seven meetings. Florida is looking for two consecutive wins over the LSU on Saturday afternoon at home.

LSU Tigers vs. Florida Gators College Football Betting Preview
Betting on the LSU Tigers 3-2 (+2)
The Tigers are out for redemption here in Week 6, after an at-home close-but-no-cigar loss (24-21) to the Trojans in Week 5. Playing without leading rusher Derris Guice didn’t help, which had LSU trailing the Trojans all game. While they scored twice to get within a single field goal with two minutes left they could not pull it off, a bummer considering that they were on a 49-game “non-conference” winning streak at home.
On a positive note, LSU outgained the Trojans 428-363, even if turnovers cost them. All in all, the Tigers have outgained four out of five opponents in 2017, outrushed three of them to boot.
Betting on the Florida Gators 3-1 (-2)
The Gators are undefeated since their unfortunate loss to Michigan in Week 1. Their 38-24 victory at Vanderbilt last week was the result of a run sparked just before halftime, with the final seven points courtesy of a Malik Davis 39-yard TD that came under the two minute mark to cover a nine-point spread.
Florida outgained the Commodores 467-310 and outrushed them 218-46, winning time of possession by a 36/24 split. QB freshman Feleipe Franks (filling in for Del Rio) connected on 10 of 14 passes for a total of 185 yards. Running backs Davis and Perine delivered 182 rushing yards and five rushing TDs.
