They will be looking to take this week’s momentum into both.

Miami head coach Jim Larranaga is a bit concerned about his Hurricanes, who dropped another game this week in a meeting against Georgia Tech, a game that saw Miami go on a near 7-minute scoring drought and resulted in a final tally of 64-54 in favor of the Yellow Jackets. Since leaving home on December 5, the Hurricanes barely squeaked out a single digit win against George Washington, lost their first game to New Mexico State in Hawaii, and then lost this week to Georgia Tech, leaving them with a current record of 12-2 overall and 1-1 in the ACC. OK, it’s not the end of the world, but is it the proverbial sign of things to come or can the Hurricanes calm the storm and return to form?
