Pete Prisco, Jason La Canfora, Will Brinson and Ryan Wilson are the only experts over at CBS Sports who have 80-plus correct picks this season. La Canfora leads the way with 91. The hottest experts of CBS Sports are only unanimous on two games in Week 12, picking the Vikings and the Buccaneers to cover their respective point-spreads.
[sc:NFL240banner ]The Vikings are fresh off a 30-13 blowout loss at home against divisional rival Green Bay. They’re 2.5-point underdogs in a road matchup against Atlanta. But the Vikings have been solid away from home, going 4-0 ATS in their last four. Adrian Peterson should make up for a horrible 45-yard performance against the Packers in Week 11. Quarterback Teddy Bridgewater should also have a big day against a mediocre Atlanta passing defense, allowing 248 yards per game.
The Buccaneers are also road underdogs in their matchup against the Indianapolis Colts. As 3.5-point underdogs, the Bucs face a banged-up Colts team without their star quarterback Andrew Luck. The Colts have one of the worst passing defenses in the league, allowing 279 yards per game this season (29th), which could give Tampa Bay’s rookie quarterback Jameis Winston a chance to shine.
Winston had quite a game in Week 11, torching Philadelphia to set single game career-highs for touchdowns (five), QBR (94.7) and passer rating (131.6).

Andrew Gould of Bleacher Report is big on three favorites this coming week of NFL action. He’s pegging the Arizona Cardinals, New York Giants and Houston Texans to cover their respective point spreads.
The Cardinals should be able to exploit a horrible San Francisco defense through the strong arm of Carson Palmer, who’s thrown for 1,054 yards and 11 touchdowns in Arizona’s last three games. Another quarterback should do the trick in the Giants vs. Redskins game in the NFC East with Eli Manning building on a solid Week 11, in which he threw for 361 yards and two touchdowns.
The Saints are now without defensive coordinator Rex Ryan, but their defense should continue to stink enough for Houston’s Brian Hoyer to exploit. Hoyer has the services of DeAndre Hopkins in the Week 12 matchup against New Orleans. Hopkins hauled in a 61-yard touchdown pass from backup T.J. Yates, while matched up against Darrelle Revis in Week 11. Facing a downgraded passing defense should help Hopkins and Hoyer to lead Houston to a win and cover.

Jim Derry of NOLA.com cannot believe the line for the Panthers vs. Cowboys game on Thursday. He notes that Cam Newton and the Carolina Panthers have won a whopping 14-straight regular season games dating back to 2014. They face a 3-7 Dallas Cowboys team who sit in the cellar of NFC East. But the Cowboys have Tony Romo back, who has won his last seven starts dating back to last season.
Despite Romo being under center for Dallas, Derry believes that the small line in this matchup is an early Christmas present from the line-makers. For him, the Panthers as -1.5 favorites is a steal.
Derry is also liking the Broncos as underdogs in Week 12. Despite not having Peyton Manning under center, the Broncos still have an elite defense which could limit Tom Brady and the Patriots. A look at Brady’s performance against the Bills in Week 11 gives us the notion that Brady can be troubled by an excellent defense, which the Broncos have aplenty.
Now that you have everything you need to know before the games start, it’s time to create a betting account and dive right into the action.
