Where did it come from?
Under new head coach Dan Reeves, the 1998 Atlanta Falcons put together their best season to date with a 14-2 record. Running back Jamal Anderson made a name for himself in the room creating the team’s iconic ‘Dirty Bird’ touchdown dance.
How to do the Dirty Bird
Step One
Take your right hand, make a fist and an L-shape with your right arm. Now keep that L-shape and punch up. Fold your right arm in and punch your elbow out to the side. Keep your L-shaped wing in-tact.
Step Two
Take your left hand, make a fist and an L-shape with your left arm. Now keep that L-shape and punch up. Fold your left arm in and punch your elbow out to the side. Keep your L-shaped wing in-tact.
Step Three
While sliding side-to-side flap your L-shaped wings and shake what yo momma gave ya!
